KAMIKAZE - Chili sauce for the brave!
We recommend this experience to the toughest tasters! We have turbocharged the two most powerful peppers in the world (Carolina reaper and Trinidad scorpion) with the national drink of Japan, sake. An extremely intense, liquid chili experience that you can feel in your mouth for a long time. A kamikaze attack on your taste buds!
How strong is it?
Kamikaze is a wildly strong chili sauce with an inimitable flavor. It is not intended for novice spicy consumers. Thanks to the Carolina reaper and Trinidad scorpion varieties, it is characterized by its brutal strength and an unadulterated chili aroma. We really only recommend its consumption to hardened chili fans, true capsaicin addicts! The interesting thing is that it releases its torque after about 10 seconds, until then it only provides a slight pleasant tingling sensation, you would almost think that we have cut through, and then like a migraine, the approximately 800,000 scoville slowly overwhelms you. The late it arrives, the slower it passes. It besieges the taste buds for a long time. A real kamikaze attack on the receptors!
Sake effect
In addition to the two most powerful peppers in the world, it contains home-grown ketchup tomatoes and the national drink of the Japanese, sake. Alcohol is a real turbo for chili, as it is a good solvent for capsaicin, making the experience even more intense.
What should I use it with?
It goes perfectly with most Hungarian dishes, whether it's stew or lecsó, but you can also pair it with street food, whether it's hamburgers, hot dogs, or a good bread flame, of course, only if you can handle the spiciness, because kamikaze is not for little girls. If you push it too far, it will bring you to your knees!

Carolina Reaper:
Officially the strongest chili variety. With 2,200,000 Scoville units, it has pushed the Trinidad scorpion off its throne. It will bring even the “kevlar-mouthed” tasters to their knees! We really only recommend it to the most hardened chili fans.
Trinidad Scorpion:
A lot of capsaicin. A few years ago, the Trinidad scorpion led the strength list. With a SHU value of 1,500,000-1,800,000, it is a real chemical weapon. We recommend it to those for whom nothing is strong enough!
The Satake Kamikaze Satoru Santoku Japanese kitchen knife is a real all-rounder in the kitchen, the perfect choice for chopping vegetables, slicing meat and even fish. The distinctive curved edge makes it easy to chop with a rocking motion, while the wide blade is a practical aid for conveniently picking up and transferring chopped ingredients. The comfortable, raised handle ensures that your fingers never touch the cutting board or food, so you can use it with maximum safety and confidence while cooking.
The origins of the santoku (三徳) knife date back to Japan, during the Showa period (1926-1989). Changing eating habits, the increasing consumption of red meat and the spread of Western cuisine made it necessary for Japanese kitchen knives to adapt. The direct predecessor of the santoku knife was the bunka knife, which was born from the combination of the characteristics of the gyuto (meat) and nakiri (vegetable) knives.
The name "santoku" refers to the three main uses of the knife, which is why it is often called the "knife of three virtues":
Slicing: The santoku knife is excellent for thinly and evenly slicing meat, fish and vegetables. The ideal blade length, usually between 15-18 cm, is perfect for most ingredients.
Dicing: The straight edge of the santoku blade allows for extremely precise dicing, whether it is vegetables or other ingredients.
Chopping: The special shape and optimal weight of the blade make it much easier to chop vegetables and herbs quickly and efficiently.
The popularity of the santoku knife spread worldwide at the end of the 20th century and has now become one of the essential and most popular types of knives in modern kitchens. The Satake Kamikaze Satoru Santoku represents Japanese precision and quality, a reliable companion for everyday cooking.
