The DL7038 butter case with cutter consists of a durable AS resin case, an ABS resin cutting plate with 18-8 stainless steel wires, and a polyethylene lid. The cutting mechanism provides clean and straight cuts using the thin metal wires. A standard 200g block of butter can be cut into approximately 5g pieces with it (the exact portion may vary slightly depending on the size and shape of the original butter block, approximately 3.7g portions for 150g butter).
The included storage lid protects the butter from absorbing odors in the refrigerator and helps maintain its freshness (it is not airtight). The cut butter portions are thus always ready for use, whether for baking, cooking, or spreading.
